Yes, and I love it! Design plays a big role in my life, but there are also hundreds of hobbies, stories and interests that make me, me. I am a part of the LGBTQ+ community, an outdoors enthusiast, an artist, ally, writer, chef... and the list continues!
Designing allows me to see through a different lens, but my other life experiences allow me to connect with people, which is why I fell in love with UX. Being able to empathize, connect and talk to different people about their life, the ups and downs, is the driving force for all of my projects.
